At Harrow Sports, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-performance gear. If your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop the package off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the returned equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
